The apartment was spacious and well furnished, perfect for a family vacation during Christmas. The location was great, close to the main shopping street and within walking distance to the train station, tramway, and the beach. We loved having air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and there were several bakeries nearby for fresh breakfast. The hosts also provided two sets of towels for each guest, which was a nice touch.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. there was a constant annoying noise that seemed to come from a water boiler, which made it difficult for three of us to sleep properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nice. The location was great, being next to the main Boulevard with shops, and it was also conveniently close to all amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious flat that had three bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer and dryer available for use. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything in pristine condition. The hotel also had excellent transportation options nearby, with the train station and tramway within walking distance. we were very satisfied with our stay.

Our stay at Le Zen was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Nice. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The integrated air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat. We also loved the large outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying meals. The secure entrance provided us with peace of mind. The Haussmann style decor added a touch of elegance to the building. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

One drawback was the area can seem a little worrying at times, especially late at night. However, we felt safe and no one approached us.

The balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy the pleasant Nice weather. the free WiFi throughout the property made it convenient to stay connected.

Our stay at Le Zen was excellent value for money and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was very convenient, close to shops and just a short distance from the beach. The staff treated us with great hospitality throughout our stay.
